Fiz's Second Grow - LSD Auto triplets

Ok so I was way early so I’m looking at an early June baby to be at 11 weeks of flower

Honestly, both my LSDs got stinky early on. I called them teenagers b/c they stunk. Right after buttons that’s for sure. Once they flowered out all branches it was very heavy.

Maybe I am desensitized from being around it too much hahah

It could be! I lost my sense of smell last week and it was very irritating. Today was the first day I really smelled them properly since then.

I hope my femenized turns colors like that ugh I wish I had a time machine

I’ve seen three color varieties in the LSD autos, the two I grew - dark and light purples - and the third is the white flowers. The ones I’ve seen of them have been taller than my girlies - Lucy was 19 inches and Claudette just barely 15. I felt comforted that if they had to be small, at least they were beautiful. And the smoke is FIRE. :exploding_head:

You’ll get a better smell as she goes. If you can stress her out a little bit (strategically- uv lights, intentional heat or excessive light, extremely cold temps at night, etc) then she may produce a bit more trichomes and a bit more stink. :v:

She gets really hot the way it is and I’m outta lights I don’t wanna dry it out n kill it the room is ove 90 degrees

You could try to make it colder - ice cubes at the root zone after lights out, or adding a UV strip. It doesn’t add much by way of heat or light output, but Uv lights are a proven way to increase trichomes (because trichs are the plant’s defense mechanism - they help prevent sunburn)

Ok I’ve never heard of icing the roots I’ll try that is there any dangers of doing that I was just gonna let her go she’s getting super frosty

In other words I’m scared to touch her but if ice is something I can try that

I’m not certain it has any benefit but there’s not a risk as long as you’re using soil or coco. If you’re in hydro, I’d just reduce the temperature of the water because ice cubes can burn the roots, but in any other medium it’s totally fine. It just translates to real cold water to the plant since you set the ice on top of the soil or coco.

So just coat the top of the root base with ice before she goes to bed each night

Using ice also tells the plant that it’s time to finish up, like frost in the fall. Used it on my plants and on the Arachnid Pie I’m growing have seen bunches of super dense trichomes a couple days after starting.

Edit; can also use it as a nutrient flush if your using non organic nutes and don’t want the taste in the bud depending on how much ice you stack on there.
