You’ll find a spot I’m sure

We’re going to have a wall built between the formal dining room and the living room. Formal will turn into a big office for my wife. In there, a closet (approx 4’x8’) with 4’x6’ of it being turned into grow space. She already drew it out. Closet inside of a closet basically with a fake wall inside to basically conceal the grow space portion. That will be a couple months though. Our bedroom closet has space for a 3x3 tent, but that’s too risky for clothes.

I know! My wife and I got really baked and watched the little bit of snow fall last night. We were giggling our butts off about how, next year if it snows, we’ll be on OUR back porch watching it. Renting my whole life, I’ve always been “Can I/we do that? Do I/we need to set an appointment with management?” The answer now is, FXXXXXXXXCK NO!:rofl::rofl:

And my bad ROG, good morning! Hope you’re fairing well in the cold!

Unless you keep negative pressure vented outside…

There is an air duct in the ceiling of the closet. I could disconnect the duct and run the exhaust through it to the attic. The remodel closet will double as a micro panic room.

Not at all. The loan requires flood insurance and the ish is between 5-6k annually. We’re going to a couple of open houses tomorrow that shouldn’t require any. Good news about that though is the money that wouldn’t be paying insurance can go to mortgage. But it still sucks we were right there. Thank God we only packed a bathroom and bookshelf :joy:

Green Crack is making some pretty, super frosty buds. Some of the lower larf turned a pretty pinkish purple. Praying she finishes fast lol…

OGKush filled out a little bit. She is shimmery top to bottom. Still thinking a week tops…

Stay Lit!!!

Good lord. Mine is $500 yearly. This place in an often flooded area?

Right at the shipping container yard basically. If you look from 146 and see the “walkers”, the bigaxx cranes up close to Port, it was right there. 100 year flood plain. Insurance was required with the loan. I think you’re in a 500 year flood plain. It’s actually good we didn’t get it because for a 30yr mortgage, that’s a whole fxxxin house just on insurance that wouldn’t often be used.

Booked it outta town last night. Letting the boys play hookie so we could come stay a couple nights with my wife on one of her short distance trips. There’s a huge chance I’ll have to chop OG Kush when I get back. We left and she only had half a base full. Shell dry a full base in 24hrs. We’re gone til tomorrow evening. Green Crack usually takes 2 full days to clear the base and she was topped off. Anywho, will they die? Will they thrive? Stick around for the next episode of, “Can he stress his plants to total sxxx?!?!”

And remember…
