I would definitely wait a few weeks on both of them more on the mango right now I don’t think it will even get you high or have the medicinal uses you’re looking for when all those little white pistols are brown-red then you’re ready! you have time to invest in a cheap jewelers loop 30x60 time zoom

im looking up the jewelers loop now, thanks. And they have red hairs, from what I have been reading when 80% red that’s when I should harvest. It’s really hard to see with my camera i guess.
All these white hairs will turn dark red and will double in size if you give them time
you want this color this was just before I dried it

I think you’re explanation is right on. The buds need time to fatten up too.

You’ll want to see mostly cloudy, with a little bit of amber color. Well, once you have this thing you’ll see what I’m talking about.

@raustin @Countryboyjvd1971, while you’re here. i was reading some other threads you guys were on and I was wondering about the trimming bowl. How does it work and will it make harvest easier?
I don’t use a trimming bowl, I use a trim bin which is two plastic bins with a fine screen (kief catcher) in the top one. Are you talking about one of those auto spinning things that trims buds for you?
Oh, yeah, I’ve heard great things about those trim bowls. I don’t have one, but from what I’ve heard they work pretty well. Apparently, they’re great for people who have trouble trimming because of arthritis.

Hey everyone it’s been a while, I harvested the OG auto a couple weeks ago and have been curing it. The buds didn’t much bigger but I was happy for what I got for my first time.
My Mango Kush is still growing nice and strong, the main cola seems ready to be shipped but the rest of the buds are still young. Should I chop just the main cola?
Hard to tell from the pics if it’s ready, I still see white pistils. You can definitely cut down the main cola first and let the rest go another week, or so.
