What’s your ph at? The twisted growth makes me think you have a ph issue probably locking out calcium or magnesium . The white specs look to me like trichomes forming . Do you have a scope to get up close?

Doesn’t look like pests. PH out of range some time in the last couple of weeks maybe. You may want to run cal mag.
