Can I start using the root, mold and bug protection from first week?

There’s a list of info the guru’s here will need to know to be able to answer questions which will be applicable to your specific grow.
I don’t know of any situation where mold “protection” is needed until flowering.

I think I’m loosing 3 of my babies because I tried germinating them with the paper towel method of which one sprouted and two didn’t but I didn’t give up, I till planted them in soil!
After which I followed ilgm germination procedure and the result is the 4th baby s
tretching to reach the light! She’s only 3days old and I want to protect her at all cost that’s why I asked if I could use the beginners mold, root and bug protector

Take the tip of your finger and extremely gently pull back some soil, u might see a little sign of life down there, possible they were buried too far down. If u do find something, put half the amount of soil back over it loosely and wait.
If they didnt pop at all, as in if the seed didnt split even the smallest bit u might want to dampen the soil a bit. But i say that cautiously, if the soil is already damp and warm let thigs happen naturally.
The strecthed plant might need a little more light, raise your light down some or raise the plant up and see if it slows the process, leaves and stems should grow aaalllmost in unison.
U can also put a small bit of extra soil around the base of the stem to give it some structure and stop it from toppling.

Also, are they sitting in straight up soil? Its possible its too compact for the seedling to break out of, that loamy soil compacts a lot when watered

What kind / brand of soil?
How much water are you giving them, hard to tell but they look too wet. The oval container looks like mud, but hard to tell from a pic.
For four plants you’ll need more light.

I would say 100% no unless you have very specific worries like your place of growing has a history of mould.
All my attention would be on the seeds that havent sprouted. Follow previous instructions and keep the watering light and your sprouted one will be fine
