First time grower any advice appreciated

Through stretch if I have the space. If I run out of space then I let them turn upward. The GDP clones got big and really stretched so i had to super crop twice. Not ideal but I didn’t have any other options.

The second can be useful to catch and support the colas. Its height above the scrog depends on where the plants are when they are done stretching. I would say to have it set 6 - 9" above the canopy when stretch is complete.

I am fairly aggressive with the bottom third. It is bare when flowering starts. However I leave as many fan leaves at or just below scrog level as I can. As the tops grow and develop more leaves I will remove some of the scrog level leaves. They have served their purpose and are being replaced with new growth.

Thanks for the kind words.

Glad to help if I can. For example if you have a question about what you see in one of my posts, reference the picture / post # and ask away.

Day 76. Water only today. Ten days after flip and she is looking green and showing her first pistils. She has been doing great with full strength feedings. Screen is pretty much filled up. I think I’m going to let her start turning up at this point. Her RH has come down to around 55 which makes me fee better

Day 79 we’re almost two weeks post flip. She got full strength feeding today. Runoff was 1343. Her tops are showing. She is definitely stretching quite a bit, about an inch a day.

Day 82. She is looking happy and healthy. Water only today. Gave her 1.5 gallons. Her runoff ppm was 650. She is definitely eating. The rh has come down to around 45 so that is definitely making me feel better. I will probably put up a trellis net soon if she keeps stretching. I don’t want to get too excited but she is looking good.

Day 84. Gave her a haircut. To help with airflow. I’m feeding her a day early today. I want to flush her on Friday before going to the next stage of feeding.overall it’s still smooth sailing.

Runoff was at 1000 ppm. Moved one clip fan below canopy to help circulate air.

Had this trellis net that came with the tent not sure if it will serve any purpose but I had it so it can’t hurt to have it.

Day 87. Flushing her today. She is looking beautiful. Excited for her to start stacking up some buds. For flush I’m going to be mixing 1 gallon of 2x strength sledgehammer and letting it sit for around 15-30 minutes. Then filling with two gallons ph 6.8 water.

Day 90. No issues with flush. 23 days 12/12. She

is showing some beautiful flowers at this point and starting to get some sugar on her leaves. I have been keeping the light right around 12” from the tallest tops. She is getting a soil topping of ocean forest and a full strength feeding to get her going in this next stage of flower. This plant seems to be thriving. With the advice of many on this forum I’ve been more aggressive with defoliation. Trying to get as many of these buds some light as I can.
