First time grower, 5 weeks in

Hi everyone, I’m on my first grow. Reading these forums has been so helpful, so I wanted to post about my progress and see if you had any tips. Here’s some pertinent info:

Strain: Zkittlez Berry Blast (autoflower)
Soil: Kellogg organic potting soil with ~20% perlite and worm castings
Pot: 3 gallon terracotta
Light: 8+ hours sunlight per day (outdoor)
Temperature: I’m in Los Angeles, and it’s summer. Mostly it’s been 70s and 80s, but this week is up in the 90s.
Nutrients: Fox Farms Trio, which I started on day 23. I started with a 1/4 dose of Big Bloom and Grow Big, and I’m upping to a 1/2 dose this week, since the plant seems to be responding well. I use distilled water between 5.5 and 6.5 pH, but my soil always reads alkaline. I do not have a TDS meter (let me know if you think it’s a must).

Here are some pictures. Please let me know if you think I should adjust my process or if all looks good. Thanks, everyone!

She flowered quick. Read around and ask for help. You’ll learn tons. Before you know it you’ll have monster nugs growing.

Looks gorgeous I look forward to see how she turns out my zkittles is only 1.5 weeks old so I like to see others to compare my sizes to in case I’m doing something wrong

My zkittlez is still in the water. Been in there since this morning. So I got about 12 more hours or so before I drop them in the ffof.

Lower leaves are starting to come in now. I upped my nutrients this week and the plant responded well.
