oh ok. Well there are a lot of really good grow journals that you can review to see what ppl do to increase light coverage. What we are trying to do is create the greatest leaf surface area for the light to hit the plants. So generally indoor since your fixture is directly above the plant is to create a flat plane for the light to maximize. We do this by trying to keep the plants low and grow horizontally. We can do this with several different methods. Low stress training, SCROG, mainline, SOG for example. Heres a link to one of my journals.
