If ppm drops then add light nutes as you top off the stress will damage some of plant so some def will show don’t pannic you want roots first so as long as the roots are growing you are on the right track at first change add Cal-mag grow micro bloom h2o2 at clone or seedling recommended dose add silicate after during a top off once ph is relatively stable
going from soil to hydro your ph will be up and down for days until plant adjusts can be a week or more don’t add silicate until ph is not as drastically shifting ph up and down both add to ppm
Rapid roots and A&B will be all you need to start carbo load is for flowering and silicate I already explained Agro-zyme is organic and wasted if using h2o2 but can be used instead of h2o2 be patient ph will start to move by only .1-.2 a day then add silicate let ph drift but try and keep in range 5.5-6.2 my plants like 6.2 yours may respond better at different ph and using less ph adjusters helps you get accurate ppm readings. If ppm raises as water lowers it’s too high lowers it’s too low less actually is more an eating plant is a happy plant
when is the last time you calibrated your ph meter? looks to me like you have a lockout or you are too far out to get enough Calcium possibly root issue
I just recalibrated today so hope that helps. Thanks ill keep you posted I’ve been trying too keep my ph around 5.8-6.0. The day I after I changed the res the ph was all the way up to 6.8. I was amazed. I adjusted it back down to 5.8. The do for advice bro
6.8 is very high @Boney for hydro , but if you got it adjusted back to where it should be and they show better signs , remove all the damage leaves .
Ok and as far as the soil and coco what ph should I water those
In veg 5.8-6.2 , flower 6.2-6.5 ?
Ok that’s about what I’ve being waterring them with
I took off the !@#$ed up leaves and adjusted PH hanks bro

I’ll be interested to watch that transplant. I’m thinking it may take a little bit before it grows at full speed. I think I may try this dwc method. I’ve seen some nice pics of the plants in these. Your plants in these look wicked healthy. Nice going. Oh, in that first pic it looks like I can see a salt buildup on those clay looking balls. Sorry I know nothing of these fancy rigs. Ha ha
Thanks for all your help everyone I really appreciate it
My transplanting process has been great, and all transplanted plants have flourished!
Since then I’ve been starting my seeds in rapid rooter plugs. Then right into DWC once the roots grow out from the plug. Works like a charm! I’ve even made a mini DWC for my seedlings before they go into their 5 gallon homes. Works great for me! I’ll post pics soon for you guys. I’ve been so busy lately and apologize for not being involved as much as normal. You guys are doing great though with everything I’ve caught up on!
I’m gonna be putting my seedlings in DWC there in 1gal smart pots for now. I also have riot rooters and they work great. Keep me posted I’m trying do to the same and got to DWC.
Go into the pic you want to make smaller in your photos, select edit and crop the edges out. Bear this in mind hen taking pics as if you get close enough to just get everything you want in the pic, you won’t have room to crop the edges!
Looks like a nice setup.
My first time doing DWC single bucket and using rockwool. I have a question about the rockwool. My seed has two nice set of leaves now, but I need to know it I take the new plant out of the rockwool before I put it in the DWC or just leave it in the rockwool?
Leave it in the rockwool…the roots have grown into it.
what up ktreez I’m sure u know but i was looking at the pics and saw ur other air pump sitting on the floor don’t know if that’s where it stays u might wanna pick it up like the other one just in case the power goes out if it’s lower than the pot it’ll drain all your water out on the floor
I know I’ve been trying to design a better grow room set up. I’m in my basement that is just bare rock walls and concrete floors. I’d debating buying some wood/dry wall/insulation and making a secure room or two for my grows.
Thanks for looking out though buddy @jeepit
