First Harvest - is it time? Northern Lights auto

This is my first grow. My Northern Lights auto is on day 80 and I think it’s close to chop time, but I’m not quite sure. What do you think?

I just got a cool scope that connects to the phone and took some pics.
I took them in various spots around the plant, and some spots I see some amber and think it’s ready, others not. These aren’t the best pics yet, as I’m still figuring out how to keep as steady as possible and focus it while battling either the breeze moving the plant around, or the damn mosquitoes TEARING me up while trying to hold still.

I see what you mean. Some of the pictures it looks done. However, I’ve never seen a plant mature that far with little itty bitty baby tiny buds like that.

From the pictures the buds stacked nicely but never fattened :thought_balloon:

Out of curiosity, what nutrients did you feed during your flowering stage?

I’ve been using the ILGM Fertilizer on my 2 photos, so after it started flowering I started giving it a half-dose of the Flowertime fertilizer once a week.

Yeah, it’s been an odd little plant. I think it was probably stunted a bit from the record rainy weather we had here for all of June. It popped out of the dirt on June 15th and for the first 2 weeks of it’s life it poured rain constantly w/ cool temps and if it wasn’t raining it was still cool and cloudy. It was growing pretty slow and seemed like it wasn’t going to do much. After it finally cleared, warmed up, and the sun came out in July it suddenly took off and grew like mad for about 2-3 weeks. Then one day in the third week of July I came out and it had grown significantly in the 24hrs since I had last checked and it started flowering.

From the start it’s been in a 7gal pot w/ a 50/50 mix of Happy Frog & Ocean Forest, with extra perlite added. So I didn’t feed it anything extra for the first 4 weeks or so other than occasional doses of Recharge. Then it started flowering and figured it was time to start feeding it and started it on the weekly ILGM Flowertime fertilizer along with Recharge.

I should add that it smells AMAZING and feels rather sticky. I’m looking forward to trying it out :sunglasses:

How hot are the temperatures on that plant. It kinda looks like my one outdoor plant that has been in high 90 to mid 100 and it came out that way. Just way to hot. Mine kinda smells like strong coffee.

It’s actually been a cooler summer here, not too many 90 degree days.

Took a few more pics today in different spots around the plant. Seeing more amber. I feel like I should be chopping it this week.
