Ooo…. This is good info! I guess I didn’t realize that their feeding info wasn’t inclusive of autos.
So from the sounds of it, I’m set for feeding, after the application I did today. SO simple and natural!!
Thanks @MeEasy You are a blessing to this community
Well so much for not seeing immediate results….
Leaves are straight out and picking up the all the light. Not drooping at all.
And they’ve almost grown an inch since last night. Happy Girls
Nice… Don’t throw away that soil just add to it and use it again after finishing those good looking girls.

The flavor and smell with this stuff is great. Also seem stickier. Not mixing checking and testing suits me well…![]()
I believe you my Earth Dust brother… I love organic growing
That’s great
I started using dust as a temporary thing until I could learn more about building my own soil, that was around 2 years ago
I’m not even trying to build my own anymore.
The soil actually gets better after you use it a few times. I do add a little bit of perlite between every grow and some new soil (just a few cups) every couple grows just to replace any organic materials that have been used
My favorite part of living soil
Okay my Dusty friends, I’ve got the $$ to add a fan to my tent. Now I’m wondering about what size. I have a 3x3x6 tent.
I’ve read Nebula Haze’s size recommendations, and it looks like a 4” would do, but it might be small. But if I go with a 6” I’m concerned that I won’t be able to turn it down enough. I might create a vacuum in space ![]()
For reference I’m looking at the AC Infinity.
Thoughts?
Some negative pressure is what you want. It means more is going out of the tent than coming in. This translates to air exchange which is needed to help with temps, humidity etc. I have a 3x3x7 tent and use a 6" can-fan max-fan which only has 3 speeds. I usually set it on low. However I also have a 6" terra bloom intake fan. If I increase intake volume I increase exhaust fan to 2.
The terra bloom is a variable speed EC fan. It is similar to AC infinity fans. I use two AC Infinity S6 fans in my closet. One each for exhaust and intake.
The Infinity and Terra fans are quiet and very efficient fans. I like a larger fan to be able to turn it down. It runs quieter.
I like the AC infinity brand. Very quiet. I use the 4” for my 2x4.
I would second the AC Infinity fan… I also use a 4" in 2x4 Infinity tent…
Good information
I also have a 3x3x6 tent.
I put in a 4" Mars fan and filter system for odor control.
It has worked just great and even with 4 plants in full flower, I never turned it up above 4 on the 0 to 10 speed settings.
Thank you my friends!! This is all super helpful. I think I’ll be clicking the button on Wednesday.
Just don’t install it backwards like I did first time. I had a balloon tent!

This sounds like something I would do.
I’ll probably try RFM on this one…. But balloons are fun!
Question!!
I woke up this morning to a noticeable growth spurt. The bud sites are really stretching. So, it makes me wonder if I have my light right. It’s currently at 14” - 18” from various buds. The DLI is in the range of 50 to 98 depending upon where I measure. 20x4 schedule.
Seems like I’m pushing the light as it is but it’s a lot of stretching at the bud sites…. Or no?? Normal?
AH
Blueberry
Dang it. I forgot to tag people
@JaneQP @Storm @MeEasy @beardless @nmgeo @VirginiaGrowBoy
LOL! I am happy just to get bud sites! Your DLI seems in the right zone. Those buds may grow more and fill in the space. I know my family will smoke whatever I grow.
The initial stretch is part of the flowering process. The main colas should fill in.
Lookin good to me I want that blueberry ![]()
