I’m pretty sure your right @AfgVet. These look like nanners to me too!
@kaptain3d @AfgVet @imSICKkid do I need to get that out of the tent or is my other plant safe? Or can I just cut the branches off with the nanners?
Yes, if you want to make sure that the others are not pollinated too…
@Bulldognuts or @Covertgrower might have more tips for you. I have never had to deal with those yet…
It’s far enough that I would cut it down, so any other plants won’t get pollinated.
Is this plant a straight waste? Since I didn’t get to flush it, and the trichomes are only cloudy, is it just trash?
Heck no it’s not a waste. The cloudy trichomes are at their peak potential and flushing doesn’t help with anything.
Looks like I’m choppin tonight. Don’t have a second filter set up, so will have to just put up with that purple punch smell.
Update. My house STINKS without a carbon filter on my drying plant. I smelled it 5 feet from my front door on the side walk before opening it. FML, going to have to get more filters tomorrow!
Ending week 8 after transitioning to flower. Cloudy trichomes and pistils light orange. Probably a little early, might also have to do with wanting to try ILGM’s white widow. Plus traveling for work during week 10. Drill and ice when I get back.
Think I found a nanner on my second plant. Plucked it just in case. Also decided to do one more feed. Then moving forward just water.
Nutes
2 gallons ph 6-6.5
Base - 6ml/gal
Karma - 9ml/gal
Bloom - 5ml/gal
3 gallons 6-6.5ph water. Now to find a moisture meter.
Purple Punch bag seed plant #2 (one that hermits week 8 in flower) in a 1 gallon ball jar to get to the right moisture level before going into the cure bag. This is after drying. Will take a weight once cured before doing bubble hash.
@AfgVet @Calizona @Covertgrower @imSICKkid @kaptain3d is this a sign of bud rot? In week 9 of flower. Only happening on 2 buds that are closer to the top.
It looks clean to me!
Bud rot is way uglier than that, imo…
Here’s a sample picture of bud rot from Google :
Nah that’s not bud rot. That’s just the plant going into senescence and eating itself
I haven’t personally dealt with bud rot but those buds look great. I don’t see any issues
@AfgVet @kaptain3d @imSICKkid thank you. I was about to call into my office sick because I was going to sit in a corner and cry. Haha.
Some are turning purple too which is kind of sexy. I can’t wait for this batch. For bag seed I am again pleased with the trichomes on these.
They are really gorgeous!
@kaptain3d Awesome to hear! Thank you!!
That color is gorgeous and yeah, you’ve got some frost going on there. Nice job
@AfgVet Thank you!!
