First grow going well

I believe I have a little Nute Burn starting to occur. I am on day 32 of flower after a 6 weeks +- a couple of days flower. I am starting to see some yellow dots on the veins of some leaves. I have just been using ph test kit (drops) up & down. I have a PPM meter on the way. Just wanting to hear from some of you with more experience and see if you guys agree. Thx in advance

Jude

Looks more like calcium deficiency than nute burn.

Be careful though. Most cal mag supplements contain nitrogen, which you don’t want in later flowering.

I’m trying to post photos of my two plants I want peoples opinions this is my first time growing and I want to know what’s next and how soon to do what?

I can’t really tell from the first pic, but it just looks like your leaf tips have been contacting the soil. Possibly during watering.

It helps us when you start your own topic, and not post in someone else’s. It keeps things from getting confusing.

Can you tell me how to start my own I’m tryna figure out from my iPhone sorry and thsnks

Go to catagories and in the upper right is “start new topic” click that and post away.

Or even better, go directly to the section that pertains to your question, and click “new topic”.

Pics in natural light are best.

@Junkboy
Were the leaves in question from low down on the plant? Are any upper leaves showing the same spots ?

Just tap the menu icon ( three little lines in the right hand corner )

Then tap the new topic icon and type away. It confused me a little at first as well.

Noticed it first on some lower leaves but am starting to see it on some of the upper leaves as well. I’m pretty much handicapped without a Ppm meter. Will arrive tomorrow or tues. I’ve been using some fox farms products and their soil. Have no idea of what my solids are in the soil :frowning: thx for the help my friend. Hoping I can get this figured out and make it through the rest of flower.

I AM LEARNING TONS. Thank you to the entire grow community !!
Peace

Get back to us with some ppm results.
Have you been flushing according to the fox farm schedule?
If you can fill out a support ticket it will give important information.

Welcome to the forum! I would say likely a calcium deficiency or lockout condition too. The tds tester will help, you would probably benefit from a digital ph tester too. The drops are hard to stay consistent with

Can you assist me on where I can find a copy of the support ticket and I will fill out all the info I can. I know I saw it the other day. I got the ppm meter my digital ph meter won’t be here until tomorrow but it’s coming as well. I have just been using the drops for ph but can be tough with nutes making the water a little brown.
Thx

The plants are getting about gallon of water every 3 to 4 days

PH Have been using the drops trying to stay between 6.0-7.0 range but it’s hard when mixing in nutes. I now have a digital ph meter and ppm meter.

I didn’t think to check the ph of my run off :scream:

PPM/TDS or EC of nutrient solution if applicable

I just got a PPM meter so unsure (except for last feed). I had 2250 going in and 1650 run off on last feed. I am fairly confident it has been to high during veg.

When I first saw the spots start to appear 4 weeks ago I immediately flushed the plant with 6 gal of water. I am assuming that’s why my run off was as low as it was.

Indoor - closet I have been fighting some high temps at times. 85 degrees until I started leaving the closet door open and keeping the room shut off.

I have been using Fox Farms Nutes
Big Bloom
Grow Big
Tiger Bloom
Following the Fox Farms schedule and dosage.
And
Sensi Cal-Mag Extra 8ml/gal

I did miss the flush after the first three weeks of flower.
Also for the duration of the grow I was on a feed-feed-water ( repeat ) cycle until the I got into flower and got sideways and before I knew it I had missed a water and was feed feed feed :scream:.

First grow. I got careless I guess. Everything was great until the spots. Lol. They seemed to slow down ( spotting ) for a couple of weeks now it’s gotten more noticeable.

After reading all that I guess I should be grateful the plants are even alive.

They appeared first on lower older growth leaves but now they are appearing on newer leaves as well
