First Grow, First Harvest

First batch of oil made and brownies baked. The batter had a kick, about to dig in.

Try the Grove bags for 4-6 months, keeping thin in an environment at 60/60.
My bags all have sensors.

Some RF sensor, just for back-up.
Still learning how my system works.

Man wish I had 6 months of patience but not happening. We honestly might smoke through this before the full 2 months recommended. I grabbed 2 of these without the probe so I wouldn’t have to pop the bag open. Plus I’d be down there checking every hour. I would have got one for every bag but they’re kind of pricey.

Pulled the last of it from the drying tent. Dried and weighed. Ended up with about 13.5 ounces total. Was really hoping to hit a pound for clout but pretty happy with that for the first grow.

We have been smoking through the first bag over the last couple of days. It was mostly denser larf and small miss clippings that started drying too fast and then I pulled a little early so they were curing closer to 63-64 on average in the Grove bags. Really loving the high. I don’t think it’s as high THC as we’ve typically been smoking from the store (30 ish percent), but I usually pick high THC just because terps feel low in dispo well aged rocks. I always see it as THC is the percent alcohol and terps are the proof. I’m a Tennessee whiskey and moonshine man so that seltzer level terp percentage doesn’t quite do it for me. The homegrown on the other hand feels like stronger but cleaner effects. Less of a come down but way more full spectrum of a high. The few better developed miss clippings seem even stronger too and all of it has been felt through our fairly high tolerance with less foggy headed effects. Also some of the better smelling and tasting smoke that I’ve had since legalization. Beyond happy with how things turned out and honestly think I know a lot of ways to still improve already.
