@Frstgrow im not saying its wrong or right. Ive just never done it. If you want larger yields then an 18/6 schedule for about 6 weeks after seedling stage, then you flip to 12/12 to create the light cycle for your flower stage.

Wow looks like I won’t be growing Malawi again but it will be a good experience and thanks for the info I have some questions on another plant same strain the plant looks skinny and lanky it has been real yellow since sprout and no where near the same growth as the other plant

I don’t no what going on seems like the other plant has had a deficiency since sprout no where near same growth as the othe plant and the new leaves that come up seem to bee mutated with half leaves and leaves that’s are folded and stuck together making a really think one sided leaf

I got them in Denver at the green solution package just says Malawi gold was there most expensive seeds spent 120 on 6 seeds

Thanks poly

That is some great information there!
I also lean towards over fed.

I’ve continued nutes on the plant that is doing fine and stoped nutes on yellow plant and flushed twice she’s definitely looking more green today so I think you right with the over feeding on the one I will just use water on her and slowly re introduce the nutes layer on

@Frstgrow
I agree with @Autos-only. Learn by experience (and sometimes mistakes). Even the moderators started somewhere and learned by trial and error. (Not saying you did anything wrong)

Since these are going to take another 6 months could I start some autos in here on the 12/12 light schedule?? Or should I just invest in another tent

You can grow autos on a 12/12 with photos. Ive done it a few times.

I think I might order a few autos and throw 1 or 2 in the tent how long on average would a auto take on 12/12 seed to harvest?

Ive had them finish anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks
