Thanks @PurpNGold74 yeah i did a little digging and found smart water is phd to 6.7 already so should be ok ! Yes you are right @SilentHippie kills the kindsoil grows. Hes my new idol when it comes to the easy grows ! Lol , and @Missiles is always around to help so i cant go wrong there . I feel like i have a dream grow team !

No truer statement. My first harvest was 30 grams. The next one was well over 400 grams n all thanks to this amazing website

Following I’m very interested in in the Kind Soil and the more organic growing in general. I have 4 seedlings up. I want to do 2 in Coco Loco with nutes line I have now, 1 with kind and Coco Loco and 1 with Coco Loco and the Nector of the Gods sample kit I have. Documenting everything along the way of course for yield, price per grow etc…

@TXCanna I would not mix coco and soil it creates to many issues I think.

You don’t think the coco would mix with the Lind soil? It says in the information part on kind to use organic or coco loco.

Hmmm do they say how much coco to use? I suppose I can see that being used at about a 20% mix or so. I just know my coco and soil mix is hard dialing in. Perhaps if I was soil dominant it maybe ok but I am coco dominant and regret it lol.

I believe this is the key. Coco probably acts more like a perlite/drainage assistant and ud want 75%+ soil

It says not to use plain coco coir. Has to be the coco loco with some organic matter or it won’t mix right.

Yeah the coco you get from box stores in the bricks are high salt content. You could rinse it well and condition it but that’s time consuming lol. I’m using Mother Earth.

I really like the Coco Loco. My 4 seedlings are in it in 4" pots. There twice the size of my first seedling was at 1 week. 2 different strains too.

The idea is the roots are only supposed to seek it as they need it. At least thats what I got from it.
