Thanks guys. A lot of mistakes were made but I hope I learned from them. I jared them in these glass jars with a rubber seal. Is that okay? Humidity is at 55%. I ordered 58% humidity packs that are coming in tomorrow and humidity meters. Should I have gotten the 62%?

Next time use 62% I think but to each their own.
It’s a battle between to much mosture = mold but to dry you use all your oils/terps.
If you want to re moisturize old weed use a citrus Peel, change it every 24hr though or it will grow funky and wreck your weed.

Just ordered the 62% also. How often should I burp them?
Don’t put the packs in until it’s stable.
You first put a humidtor in the jar that will tell you to burp it if it’s over your 62 or 58%
Try both see what RH you prefer

I have 62, I’m curious what the 58 would do. 62 seems a little too moist to me. This is just a personal opinion.

Oh I think I understood what u meant lol after it’s stable then put the hr pack. Maybe I’ll try one jar 58% and one jar 62% and see the difference

Exactly.
If you find the humidtor doesn’t rise after a day or two. Then add a citrus Peel for 24hr.

You might also try a fan leaf from another plant, if you got a clean leaf…

55% seems kinda low for just put in jars. Mine are usually 60-70% once rh equalizes in the jar. Then burn down closer to 55% and toss boveda pack in. I don’t know that there is a huge difference between the 58% and 62% bovedas, but i feel like I enjoy the way it burns better when it’s around that 55% mark.

So what does that mean? 55% rh just put in jars, does that mean it’s too dry? Should I do the orange peel or fan leaf if it’s too dry?
I don’t know if its too dry, but seems a little more dry that my staah usually is when I go to jars. If you ordered 62% packs I would see if that brings them up.

Yea I’ll try that. The 58% is coming in tomorrow and the 62% is coming in Monday. Just opened the jar to smell it and smells damn good lol

My wife is not a pothead. She will smoke, but could care less if she did or didn’t. Last time my tent was opened she ran her finger across a bud and put to her nose. She giggled and said it smells like candy. She said when it’s ready we’re getting an overnight sitter and she wants to get pie eyed haha.

Something might be up. I Have two meters in 1 jar to test the 58% pack and one meter says 57% and the cheaper small one says 52% @dbrn32 @n
