Feeding chart help please

I’ve recently started to feed my plants the Lotus Nutrients for the first time. As I was going over the chart weeks I noticed that there is an option to measure with Teaspoons or Grams. I chose to use Grams so I could be more precise when mixing up my nutrients and water. When some weeks change the Teaspoon amount will stay the same but the Gram amount changes. It’s the same product so shouldn’t the grams stay consistent with the Teaspoons? I’ve contacted Lotus and I’m waiting for a reply. Unless there is something I’m over looking or do not understand, I think that it would cause me to get off schedule if I was still to use the Grams as my measurements when mixing? If anyone can explain why this is, I would appreciate it.

I would keep using grams as it measures weight.
A teaspoon is a volume of 5 ml and it depends if you fill it with air or lead the weights will be different.

You made the correct analysis by using grams. Exact measurement.

If needing an extra half a gram for normal usage, no wsy using spoon to be exact.

Grams would be doable on gram scale using tenths.

So, grams are measurable to exact weights and spoons are approx.

Thank you for the help. I’m going to keep using the gram for my measurements. It just confused me as the grams weight on the chart would go up but the teaspoon in the same week would stay the same on the chart. Thanks again.

Bro how the f@#k can a company get basic maths so wrong. The TSP to grams conversion ls way whack.

I’d grade this in red marker and send it back to them or post it to their Facebook page.

Make sure you pay close attention to that notation, feedings could be as much as 30% lower without co2. I don’t know anything about lotus and won’t claim to but that seems heavy on the feed.

I started off with under 50% and will adjust from there. Thanks for the reply.

Capitalism and marketing. You’re the first person I read who noticed this. Good find. :+1:

See how fast people turn on companies. Why because someone said they are screwed up.

How about one week they used 2 ptoducts, bloom and boost, later on, only the one product, thus the grams are different.

Maybe but I wasn’t turning on them just found the conversion wrong or hard to understand

We dont need no stinking badges, i mean charts. I dont understand most charts,

Thus jacks and grams. No chart needed. Its that simple.
