So as I finish up my first grow I’m already thinking of my next and what strain to try next. I figure it would be cool to see what the experienced growers responses would be as to their favorite for each category. Plus it could easily help us newbies make a better decision as to what to grow for what we’re looking for.
For all the below, please answer with your favorite strain Auto from ILGM:
The most dependable, low maintenance
The most dense/fat buds
The frostiest
The tastiest
The most problematic

Hmm thats a harder one for me at least to answer all your questions because Ive had different strains at different times with some “caterpillar” problems that effected my grows…But here goes…
first ILGM grow Blueberry…( It was my first grow and I ordered all the same strain BB) very dependable and as “low Maintenance” as a plant can be.
again Blueberry fat buds got a lot of weight from them!! ( got me spoiled I thought all from then on would give me so much weight… )
3.Zkittles…very frost ( but most of the strains I grew were so?)
4.again Zkittles and Gorilla Glue and Bubba Kush.
The last three batches after the first all had problems…but not with the strains with Caters…!!!
Its hard to say but last seasons Bubba Kush was very frosty…very rewarding and seemed to keep the caters off… I grew other strains from other seed vendors that were pretty impressive too…
To sum it up… My first grow with BB you cant go wrong It spoiled me with its yield but I was a noobie with autos and my first (legal) grow So I was happy it turned out so good as far as yield but as far as my experience now …I know I can grow a much better tasting and trichome laden plants.

White Widow is popular for good reason. Hearty, produces well and is fairly resistant to most problems including hermie issues Genetics have long been stabilized.
I just finished a Zkittlez grow and I will do Zkittlez again in my next grow along with Bruce Banner.
I decided to grow Zkittlez since it has been a challenge to find a good product and I picked up some Bruce Banner seeds to grow since it has been some of the most potent flower I have ever smoked.
This gets my vote. You cant kill those things! I had a white widow I just left outside midwinter. Didnt yield awesomely but it basically grew itself. No nutes. Sub 50 degrees usually. Rain only water.
Had one inside that I sucked with. Gave me 2.5 oz of some of the most tasty citrusy smoke Ive ever tried. One helluva hearty nice smoke. Very underrated (even though its super popular)
From ILGM, I’ve only grown five white widow autos and one afghan auto, I recommend both strains, and both very frosty. The afghan especially had big, dense buds - do train them for the best results.
I have had NO ILGM auto seeds not germinate for me. I have grown Blueberry, LSD and Northern Lights
All plants are easy to take care of, plenty of resins and kief, LST and topping hasn’t hurt BB or LSD - never tried on NL.
I have at least one BB in some stage of growth, drying or curing pretty much every single day each year. Friends and family rate it the best of my autos.
ILGM strains work a little too well for me to remember your list of questions at the moment, but here’s my best stoned effort!
ILGM Wedding Cake Auto is my favorite for taste and smell, and she colors up beautifully with some lower temps in the last few weeks.
ILGM Gorilla Glue and Bruce Banner Autos are the best for me when it comes to getting really big and having huge stems and stalks. They both smoke really well, and yield above average for Autos.
ILGM Girlscout Cookie Extreme Auto is the most consistent one I’ve grown a lot of. Almost no phenotype variations which makes the grow go smoother. They all stay about the same height, and they all have the same appetite.
ILGM Zkittlez is another one I really like, and definitely the hungriest of any autos I’ve ever grown.
Only one I didn’t really love too much was the Banana Kush, but I only grew 2. Maybe I’ll try a couple more one day.
