Why are my leaves differnt shades of green??

It’s slight genetic variegation: chlorophyll will migrate into those spots and they’ll fade away. Plant looks fine.

Could be beginning of a magnesium deficiency, yellowing between the veins is usually mag. Could be variegated like @Myfriendis410 said as well. Are you giving them any magnesium?

Give your girls a tablespoon of agricultual epsom salt. Will only help, wont hurt.

You were absolutely right… didn’t work when i added it to my watering/feeding, but i did a foliar spray and they were 100% better in 3 days…

Just regular epsom salt from the store is ok to use as long as it does not contain fragrance.
Agricultural epsom salt is the same stuff that has not been refined as much and may contain contaminates.
