Fabric pots, goldleaf, purple kush versus earth box king tut bag seed

I sampled King Tut today. Smell and taste are wonderful. I took a tiny hit and it was just right. It is clear headed and gives a nice energy boost but at the same time seemed to help my body relax. The affects are long lasting. I’ll smoke this one lightly so I can function. It also improves my mood.

I’ll give a smoke report on Goldleaf tomorrow.

Took a big puff of Goldleaf this morning. Didn’t get a good tasting sample because I coughed a lung up.
First thing I felt were my shoulders relax. I did have a little anxiety for a few minutes but that’s fairly normal for me. Had some relief from foot/heal soreness. It did affect my vision a little. Clear headed, not a huge amount of energy but it doesn’t get you couch locked either. On the same token it does as I sit here nice and relaxed. I’m still pretty high after 2.5 hours. After a month or two of curing it will be much more potent. I’ve noticed my outdoor grow getting more potent as it ages.

Vegged for five weeks. I perfer variety over quanity. They forced me to harvest about a week early at eight weeks of flower. Thirteen weeks total.

I’ll be starting another grow soon. Sour D and AK-47. The last two I have that needs to be replenished.
Varieties on hand are Bubblegum, Granddaddy purple, Goldleaf, King Tut, Purple haze, Purple Kush, and White Widow. I’m a happy pot farmer!

Hi Shin,
thanks for your great reply,I imagine its a hoot living in your house.
I have been growing Auto N/Lights for years in my sun room and I decided to try other strains this year …Auto Hindu Kush + Auto Afghani pot.
It is a 30min flight to Amsterdam from here when I need seeds, but I am going for the Goldleaf next after your rave review.
The weather is too filthy cold here at present to commence production and so I am spinning my wheels and getting loaded through this winter in my mountain hideaway in western Wales with the heating set on FIERCE MODE.
You are blessed to be able to legally grow in Vermont as the laws here are draconian…if you use heroin , you are a victim…if you use pot, you are a criminal…seems to be the attitude the Feds here operate on…Hey Ho !..after nearly 50 years of smoking I should be used to it…

I’d like to go back to Amsterdam. I was stationed in Germay in the mid 90s. We deployed to Bosnia for peace keeping efforts, or so they said. I met some people planning a trip to Amsterdam when we got back.
I made sure to be included. So we went and got stoned and ate mushrooms over our first weekend back. I’d never really smoked definately never tripped before. My mind was blown!:exploding_head: I was hung over for several days.
Legalization is great. There’s still a stigma around marijuana. It’s kind of weird being able to be open about it.
I’m growing to learn as much as I can about the beneficial affects Indicas and sativas or the combination of both have on our bodies.
My wife and I adopted our daughter through foster care. She has a non accident head trauma. I started to grow in hopes it would help with her muscle spasms. We tried it for a short period of time and noticed some cognitive growth but little relief from muscle spasms.
I have a few close and trusted people I like to help. One has severe social anxiety and depression. He’s able to be out in public. Another has severe back pains. He get’s the 100% indica brownie treatment. I love that aspect of marijuana.

My mothers maiden name is Griffin. I have some lineage from Wales.

My cousin lives on a houseboat for the last 35years and so I go over quite a bit…the place has changed a lot and the Dutch Govt are getting quite weird about coffee shops and hash/pot. The govt wants tourists tourists to spend their $ in museums and titty bars as the place is like Vegas these days with tourist hordes…this is my World Top Pick of great places in A/dam or anywhere actually http://www.kashmirlounge.com/

I’ve used Earth Boxes growing tomatoes with great results.
I would like to use them for my first time grow.
How do you feed the plants using this system?

This grow I started to use super soil for nutrients. Great stuff. It does not require a flush. Ph water only during the grow. If I added anything else it went through the reservoir. This grow harvested a little over 4 ounces. I’m happy with the results.
I’d only suggest the earth box for shorter indoor grows. It had five weeks of veg and then flipped the lights. 15 weeks total grow time. I had one outdoor last season that got root bound because it was way to big for the pot.

I’m gonna grow outdoors, I live down South so the weather conditions will be fine until November. Just have to watch out for police conditions

Good luck with your grow. Tag me if you have any questions. I’d be happy to help.

Hahaha, I bet you have seen a lot by now :stuck_out_tongue::grin::wink: you’ve grown some beautiful frosty girls since this. Geez I can’t believe I didn’t find this journal before. Wish I had more likes to give :+1: well back to the top I go, to read more
