Well it’s a great time to be “using the sun” and putting plants outside anyways. Solstice is about 6 weeks away so plants can go out 24/7 with no worries here very shortly if not sooner. Great timing, surely you planned it this way. LoL I’ll be putting my outdoor girls out around the 15th @ about 13:30 of daylight. Well thats in the states, my bad, I didn’t think about that? Pretty sure Australia and Mars are starting winter or something like that… LoL

@monkman I guess I really didn’t think it through when I asked for advise…it would have been more upsetting if I would have paid for them, which I was about to buy autos from ILGM also. So I guess everything worked out in the end and more money wasn’t lost. And you’re right they’ve gotten this far so I suppose they’re pretty great!

1 Banana Kush 3 weeks old feminized
1 Gorilla X 2 weeks old regular seed got it off my clone from last year I will be putting them outside soon I’m keeping 2 white widow and 1of each of the other once I figure out how to share my grow here I will share the link

I’m going to experiment, I have 3 plants… one will be LSTed, one will be topped, and one will be natural. I want to see what I like best. When can one tell the sex?

You might be able to see preflower around 6 weeks I’d say, maybe sooner as early as 5 but I’ve never seen them that early. You might get lucky never know. I will say growing reg seeds is fun, I enjoy the hoping/waiting stage, some say there are advantages w regs, bigger or stable or something but I don’t know about that since I do mostly grow fems. I have 5 regular Recon seeds going now. Are you gonna stay in them 2 gal pots (not 3 gal?) Might think about flipping real soon with only 2 gallon pots, they will get a lot bigger. You will really like the results of topping them and tieing branches down to get a much fuller plant. Best of luck

i don’t top my plants until they get at least 4 nodes out (4th set of serrated leaves) i tried doing some lst my first grow but haven’t bothered with it since. because my tent is only 6 foot tall i top them twice to keep them from growing too tall.
@LoCoRock when I ordered some stuff from pots for pot I only had the option of 2 or 5 gallon and I went smaller due to the 3 plants needing to fit. My next grow however I may just do 1 or 2 plants in 5 gallon. I’m an extremely impatient person so I check on them over and over hoping to see signs of the sex 
how soon would you recommend flipping???
@monkman if I’m looking at them right I believe they may be at least 5 nodes tall, I may just do the topping if that helps keep them short I’ve only got 5 feet to work with and if tying them down isn’t necessary I might just stay away (don’t wanna break anything). Next grow will be upgrading many things including the tent.

i would top them if they are at 5. then let those two each get a node on them and then top them again. that way you have 4 main colas, might want to let them each get two nodes after first top @Bubbles
