Yeah unfortunately I know nothing about cloning I’m in the process of either going to try hydroponics or cloning but I’m leaning towards corny but I am a soil guy Outdoor expert at least I’ve never had any fails that were not my own fault in getting a pretty good inside I just started growing inside August of last year for the first time I want to bud of the month last month which I’m still super stoked about but if there’s anything else I can help you with just tag me this was my buddy from last month

Hogmaster, that is proper sweet looking buddy, well done on bud of the month, I’m very impressed, how about topping the plant, do you recommend or not, I can see me asking lot’s of questions as, what I mean by first grow, I literally mean my first time growing anything at all, I’m 49 and the closest I have come is when I was 25, myself and my twin brother helped a good friend of ours build his own grow room in his attic, we grew 1 northern lights, so that is how I have a little knowledge and loads of homework, couldn’t just buy a growroom in those days lol and after the first one, my friend got very greedy and we helped him make his growroom bigger and he had almost 80 plants then, and got himself busted by showing and telling lots of people, kinda put me off growing at the time, but things change and now I’ve got emphysema, which went undiagnosed for 8 year’s, so I’ve been told I am going to die from it, so it’s not like the police scare me anymore and I’ve been on a selection of nasty tablets for the last 2-3 year’s ,and they don’t help much, they make me pretty sick and I really don’t like them, so I want to treat myself with cannabis instead, and my doctor thinks it’s a good idea.

Hogmaster ,thanks buddy, I appreciate the help and no worries about my condition, we’ve all got to go sometime, it’s just the constant unbearable pain and the sleepless nights and the sickness ,all of which the cannabis can help with, oh and I started having seizures about 6 year’s ago which again cannabis is good for

Your Mother plant should be no less than a month old before it is mature enough to provide healthy cuttings.

So if I top her tomorrow, what can I expect to happen to her?
Within a week you will be able to tell and you will have two new branches coming off from where you talk to so give it at least a week and you’ll definitely be able to tell a difference tag me if you need me thing

It’s a no go for cloning a topping , you’ll not having enough plant material, you’ll need a minimum of 6 inch of a part of your plant to do a clone and it’s recommand that you have a two months old plant by Robert suggestion… You can take a branch that have these specific measure at 1 month old like said @latewood, if you have a 6 inch branch disponible at that age.
