It’s been a week and I found that more than half of my heads has dried,is a week enough? I’m going to use old bottles that I have for the storing, air tide the lid and store in a cool dark place.Been smoking for more than 10 year on and off but decided that it’s much better to grow my own now than to buy from someone.Its more private and it keeps you out of danger.My new babies starting again…

How I dry/cure…
- I let the buds dry until the outside is DRY. No sticky wet anything.
- I put them in jars (with 62% humidipaks if I have them) then open the jars for three or four minutes twice a day for a week.
- Second week, if the outside is still dry, once a day.
- Fourth week, if the outside is still dry and I can remember (yeah, by this time I’m in the jars) I open them once a week. After six weeks or so, once a month.
Now, while they’re in jars, if at any time they get sticky again, I put them back into my drying rack till the outside is dry again.
A lot of the time factor has to do with humidity. Below 65%, the buds keep making THC. That’s why I like the humidipak. It keeps the bud at controlled humidity and gets the most out of it.’
If you don’t want to go to all that trouble, I have a neighbor who swears by paper bags. He puts the bud into the bags and checks them every day.
I airdry, by hanging until the stems snal like twigs witha crack. Then I put the buds in paper bags to slow down the drying of the outside, and allow inside to catch up. After a week or so; I place them in glass jars, and open a few minutes daily 
I am curing in a stainless steel container that seals fully, (CVault) with 62% Boveda packs. I am checking it regularly and it seems to be doing a great job. I seasoned them in jars and then placed them in the container. I have sampled the grow several times and noticed that it seems to be getting a mellower and stronger high.
This seems to be working but am I running into any possible traps with doing it this way? I really love growing but have had little experience aging pot (Usually smoked it all before it got old ! !) Any comments or input will be greatly appreciated !
