Plant about 2 weeks.
The first 2 fan leaves are starting to droop and the ends of them are withering.
I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas/tips?

It depends, it could be anything from a nutrient deficiency to over watering. I don’t personally see any spotting, wilting, browning, or any kind of other signs to a nutrient deficiency with these pictures. So my guess would be over watering. What kind of medium do you use? What kind of container is it in? Does that container have drainage holes in it to help the water drain out?
Answer these simple questions the best you can.
