In my opinion, and this is my first year so take it for what it’s worth, but I’d rather have something tha nothing, even it it means getting at it a little early!

Chopped 3 ladies yesterday 2 that were ready and my short girl with bud rot. Lost a high percentage of flower to the rot.
I didn’t weigh it so have no idea on that either.
This is my first harvest and dry/cure. I didn’t trim the buds tight I left some leaves on hopefully to prevent me from overdrying. Anyways it’s trimmed and in the Wedryer xl and I hope to see something good soon.

You’ll have to let me know how the wedryer works…was considering getting one but decided to build myself a box. Still not ruling out a wedryer for the future tho!

I’ll find out soon. Looked at buds today and they look better and the grassy smell is less.
After we washed and hung up to dry they started smelling like cut grass. That should hopefully go away with a dry and cure

Yea. It’s been damp and humid and cooled off. As soon as I saw it I put a fan on her and cut a bunch out but … She was a shorty and cute as a button

My buds are on day 4 in the drying box, checked on them not too long ago and just like yours, lots of cut grass/hay smell. Drying is going good I’ve lost most of my water weight, waiting for some more snapage on stems…hopefully tomorrow!
I’m gonna be blowing through duct tape opening my box and resealing it all the time

I’d be interested in knowing how the wedryer works too! I looked at them but heard mixed reviews. Some saying they were way too small? No idea.
But congrats! I’ll be harvesting my first one on Monday.

I have the Wedryer in my tent as it’s empty currently. One plant with mostly smallish buds seemed dry today after 4 days. Dry trimmed and put in jars. Yield was 58 gr. But lost a lot to bud rot. All the others buds don’t feel dry today.

Gotta add to that. I felt they dried quicker than they should have but buds were kinda not tight I guess.
Next plant up has very firm buds and is maybe 2 weeks out. She gets flushed this weekend maybe. Last one is still showing white pistols so hopefully before weather gets cool and wet 
So the small girl with 58 grams is gummies and some tincture left over. First timer gummies are pretty rough but get a
