Was wondering what you all do with half smoked joints.
Ive tried opening up and running through grinder and re rolling, but it really jams up grinder and tastes like a** after a couple tries. And jamming it in a pipe also tastes about the same. Im looking at an ashtray full of half smoked joints and realizing im throwing half of my weed away. Is there a use for this stuff? Maybe butter or something?
Just got a little stoned and am waiting for some amazon delayed supplies to arrive before i start this next grow. Theres not much harder than waiting to start next grow.

Na i wouldnt run it through the grinder thats for sure bud, all the tar etc from being lit gonna ruin the taste and smell of future stuff you run through it.
Id toss them if they sitting there more than a few hours to be honest.

Its AM for me brother, and a very rare time where I have the house all to myself, wife and kids away, so I’m fully on my slide across the kitchen floor in my underwear vibe
So these are what we call “L’s” or more commonly “2 skinners”.
2 rolling papers stuck together, most people here do a ratio of tobacco and weed cos its so damn expensive here. But I grow Nissans in little plastic pots (lol) so for me its all weed with a little tobacco down at the roach to make for an easier pull from the joint. And it also stops bits getting in your mouth (yuck!).
Ive rolled millions of these and im damn efficient at it, can put altogether from scratch in between rounds of a boxing match haha
Maybe you could do that? Put some rolling tobacco in the bottom end of your joint that you dont smoke, so its just filler… oh and add a roach for sure!
I hit my concentrate battery operated thing before and someomes during work, but like to come home and take a few good hits off a joint, still have 3/4 left so ill hit it a few times next night, but still left with a half a joint which basically i throw half my weed away. Just having fun and wondering if the joint smokers do the same
Thinking my next grow is going to be good, put lots of time reading here and the longer i wait for something to arrive by mail, the more i read and realize i need to buy something else, as soon as i get the other half of my jacks nutrients im dropping a seed. Also waiting on an auto pot system i just ordered.
Also curious about what you mean by expensive, ive read through threads where some have complained about $60 a zip, if i buy illegally its min 160 and from dispo legally is 240 min. Guess i dont really mind the cost but am having alot of fun reading and planning my next grow, hopefully i wont have to do either soon.
Oh hell no, put a filter in a J in my house and u thrown out lol.
Its a roach, small slim slivers of very thick paper that u roll into a tablet shape, u get them in like little notebook style with your rolling papers. Very very handy, smokes the exact same but you’ll never end up with anything in your mouth, or tar on the lips etc. And it actually holds the joint sturdier too.
Yeah i actually did just empty ashtray into th garbage? Sometimes my dog will get up on table and chew them up, think i have plausible deniability and shouldnt be charged with animal abuse since she steals it before i caught her
Hahaha, im telling you try a roach, usually the little cardboard sleeves we get our rolling papers in are the same material. And if you open up the rolling paper packaging you’ll see a little sliver of cardboard in there holding them to shape, THAT’S the roach. Cut off a square, make a zigzag then roll it up and add to the joint.
You’ll save a good bit each time and be throwing used roaches in the bin instead of weed for the dog hahaha
Try it with one for the sake of experimentation… and my entertainment haha
I use these glass filters they are great as long as you roll it the right size to fit.
We have a pile of roaches I can’t help hanging on to for a rainy day (left over habits from when I was a kid) if I end up smoking them I break up a few and mix it with some fresh stuff and pack a bowl. I used to have a jar that I kept them in but it filled up to quick so they get thrown on a tray until they get in the way and get thrown out so I can start over
I went to Amsterdam about 25 years ago and learned about tips…folded up pieces of paper. I have not rolled a joint without them since. Now that I am retired, I roll about 10 a day. They end up being about 1/2 gram each. (I tried the glass things…get dirty and lose them)
I started using business cards to tear up and roll with. I would get all the cards from people that quit at work (said they were for kid projects). When I retired I started ordering blank business card stock to make them. Now I get 200 Raw brand tips delivered every month for the same price. (I still run out and have to improvise) Here is my 1/2 joint I did not finish last night.
Did they have that awful tobacco replacement stuff they use in the coffee shops back then? I was there in 2017 and god that stuff is awful!
What a beautiful place tho and found some really quality nugs over there, also found most places the stuff was garbage too tho just pumping the stuff out. They have weird laws for the businesses tho so i get it
They did try to get us to use tobacco to…stayed away from that. We made fun of some bad stuff we bought at one place, the guy gave us some ice hash to mix in our joints. I had to leave my tour at Madame Trudeau’s (sp?) because I was way too high
