It could be. Tell us more about your grow. Watering schedule, nutrients, etc.. Perhaps fill out a support ticket.
Without more data, yes. Let the medium dry out til its fairly light. When you do water, just a ring around they drip line(leaf edges). The roots are as far out as leaf tips. This makes the roots stretch out for water.

Cyclic drooping is normal, particularly around watering time. Water a few inches around the plant at this point to force the roots to grow and seek water.
Cannabis tolerates dry soil very well. Give the plant wet/dry cycles for good root health.
The leaves don’t appear swollen, so it’s not chronically overwatered. The soil however does look fairly wet. Soil using synthetic nutes likes a drench to drought routine. Let it dry back fairly light then water to runoff and let dry out again.![]()
