Does this look like cal-mag issue

One of my plants is presenting what looks like a classic cal-mag issue. It is on the smaller plant that has been feeding at a rate .8 liters less than larger plant in same tent. It is always needed less water.

Week 5 flower. Organic soil organic nutes pH to 6.3 ± .1
I have cal mag available both foliar and pour.
Lights at 65-55k lux led

Foliar sprayed botttom fans and brushed bud fans with cal-mag plus at 5ml per gallon mix
Reduced lights to 88% until this fades.

I second @Growdoc. Nitrogen 2. I would give it a full shot of nutes.
