Does Size matter?

@Spiney_norman that NL looks amazing.

I suppose that helps prolong your carbon filters life. I’m just wanting to start my first grow. Iv been dry for 2 months now and really wish I had some. I normally do it for pain plus I love the way it makes me fell

Its crazy, just in a 3 gallon fabric pot. It just kept growing and I kept bending the branches over.
Parts are above the light now as I cant raise them any higher.
We refer to her a ā€œGinormicaā€

I do it to keep my demons back. My head can be a scary place sometimes and my plants are my Avalon :sunglasses:

She looks like she is about to take that light down and crawl into a corner hugging it :see_no_evil:. Maybe that’s the answer for increasing auto size is a smaller pot. I’m sure I read that on here somewhere

All I can figure is that the autoflower DNA was not as strong as the photo-period genes. So it tended to keep on growing. It showed pistils very early…but just keeps growing upward. I have had to top the tallest stems even today. I water it two or three times a day now to keep it happy. I suppose I could chop it now, it would probably be like a 1975 brick weed. Its making trichomes but not a lot yet. Since I have over five months in it I hate to quit on it now.

I have learned a ton with this grow however…

I’d love to see what its color looks lije after you chop it @Spiney_norman

I had a blue dream like that it gets aggravating and i was talking to mine like happy Gilmore but hurry up and finish don’t you want to be smoked
No it took another 3 weeks and still didn’t get to 20% Amber

Yeah, Its quite annoying.
Its starting to go yellow on the old leaves like any plant this age,
But the pistils are not even starting to go brown yet.
My plan is to start my next three in a week. After about two weeks I will transplant into 3 gal pots and Ginormica will be chopped to make room for them.
Surely she will be done in another three weeks, but who really knows.

It must Northern Lights genetics. My three are beasts as well. Had to tie them down.

Odd shape. Very narrow. What kind of light are you thinking of?

So we finally chopped this Northern Lights Auto.
After final dry and jar it came out at 9.2 ounces dry wt.
Planted December 17, she grew for nearly 6 months.
In a 3 gallon fabric pot I had to water twice a day.
Surprisingly the root mass looked very good.
