In promix you probably don’t have to feed them until your cots start to lose color, but once per week seems like it would be plenty safe.

I use Promix, and when I mix it up, I use about 1/4 strength nutes and get it all damp, give it a squeeze and transplant. Then there is some ready in there for when the root take off. I don’t feed again for a couple of weeks. May not be the best way, but they live!
