I have some GG4 auto’s going. Today is 52 days and they seem to be going slow. It says they can be 10 to 14 weeks. They are in big pots…kinda got wet feet in the beginning but look good now. Does the plant just go until its done or will it just stop at 10 weeks…what determines its end date?
@Stolified most of us use a jewelers loop or mini microscope to look at the trichomes… do you have one?
Cannabis will stop growth after 4 to 6 weeks weeks into flowering to focus on maturing the flowers.
When the trichomes have matured to your liking.
10 - 14 weeks to harvest implies that autos always begin flowering at 4 weeks, which is not always the case. Autos usually take between 4 to 7 weeks to begin flowering. Flowering times for autos or photos is generally 8 to 12 weeks. A cannabis plant isn’t considered to be in flowering until you begin to see pistils at the tips of the plant.
I’d estimate you’re five weeks out. As mentioned, you have to monitor trichomes when you get close. When pistils start turning brown, start watching trichomes.

Hey your plants look healthy and green, Newbie myself only 1 complete grow under belt. Only autos so far and I had 2 ready around 12 weeks, 1 took 16 weeks from sprout. So time lines will vary compared to what the companies say. The one on left see a lot of white hairs so she still a way away. But like said above get a jeweler loop, or digital microscope to be able to check tricomes and that the best way to tell. Keep up the good work
I also had a few GG4 autos… one of which flowered for 16 (may have been 17 ) weeks… some are just slower than others. I wouldn’t worry about the advertised grow time. They will let you know when they are ready. Just watch your tricomes!

They are autos… they do what they want… a few months ago, i pulled 19.22 oz off a single auto… but last week… i pulled almost exactly 5 oz off 2 put together🤷
