Found these little holes on my leaves along with this little SOB. Is this a Thrip?

Yes it possibly could I’ve never gotten that close to them, but they look like little worms with legs. Move pretty fast.
Captain Jacks will help kill them off.

Thanks, I did get some Prevasyn insect repellant/insecticide to kill the lil nasties!!

Thrips are the 3 stages of life pic. Aphids on top.
From the shape on your pic my $5 is on aphids. Capt Jacks/Spinosad or Safer Soap or pyrethrin/permethrin.

Withefly larve do look just like crickets ypu could be right

The spot on the top of the leaf doesn’t appear to be thrip or whitefly damage tho
However that is some sort of pest larve …
Check the entire plant closely
