Well the buffering part is done gonna let them sit overnight then transplant tomorrow evening or the next depending on work schedule. Tomorrow I will also layout the Bluemat system and get that ball rolling hopefully have it runnin before the weekend!

9 pot but only using 8. Got the 9 in carrots and 5 in rings. Gonna start with the 5 gallon Rez but upping to a 13 gallon

@Budbrother do you use a soil moisture meter and if so what brand. Blumat is kinda proud of theirs. I think once the system is set I shouldn’t need one should I?

I have their Pulse meter, but they have produced a carrot type one in last couple years.

With as many plants as you have, I don’t see this as any help. This is more a bed type sensor, but with the dibber tool theoretically you could move it from pot to pot.
Personally I’d get the programmable Pulse meter so you can jump from pot to pot and be done in minutes. It reads EC, Temp, and moisture all in one.
You will infrequently need to maintain moisture as plants drink different amounts and in different phases of life.

The blue plastic thing is the tip cover and it clips on to make a depth guide. I’m sure it has one in the package unless buying used then maybe not.
