Disappointing THC Results

So I grew Runtz auto, and Grandaddy Purple autos this year. Just tested my buds at a local shop, who use the Purple Pro tester. This was my 3rd grow, and I use a handheld mocroscope to know when trichs are ready before harvesting. Dried out, and been curing for 3 weeks in grove bags. The smell and taste I thought were my best ever. However, when it tested, the Runtz came back at only 6% thc, and 8% cbd. The PG came back at only 13% thc. This was the first year I tried an AC Infinity bud cleaner, which definitely saved time. I like the high in both, but again very disappointed in thc levels. Don’t know if the bud cleaner took off a lot of the trichs, or just bad genetics on plants. This was the first year I wet trimmed also, don’t believe that would make much difference. What’s everyones thoughts?

If you enjoyed the smoke and got high, then the numbers don’t matter. That’s an advertising thing I think.

Personally I prefer a lower THC level as I can roll and smoke a whole doobie. Rolling flower just wastes the weed.

The experience is supposed to be enjoyable. I want to be somewhat mobile on my time off.

True, I always strive for taste more than anything, and it is smooth

You may be right, just spent a lot of time an effort, was hoping for a little better result. Last year I hit 16% with afghan kush. But as you say, its not always about the numbers

This confuses me. What are you rolling doobs out of the sugar leaves. Much to harsh for wife.

All the wife smokes is flower. Nice and smooth. Hardly ever here her cough. That is why she is mobile and productive.
I’m going to let it go there I’m just confused.
PS: This isn’t to start something. Like I said I’m just confused.
