Transplant day!
And just an FYI, new dehumidifiers are now coming with R32 refrigerant…a flammable refrigerant…it is not as volatile as propane but it IS flammable. I will be repairing my 410A units that sprung refrigerant leaks after 1.5 years. This same refrigerant will be coming in new house AC systems Jan 1, 2025. Some people are already installing them.
Just be mindful when installing these.in confined spaces with equipment/electronics that are not spark free.
I’m NOT saying these WILL explode all I’m saying is the chances aren’t zero anymore. We’re kind of in uncharted territory, I know Europe uses more volatile refrigerants but just be prepared for a learning curve as US manufactures/installers are new to this.

Well, I did something…got tired of the attic shaped 4x4 tent so I replaced it with an 80" tall one …
My oscillating fan also stopped oscillating, I ordered another but going to have to see if the old one is still under warranty…

Put it on Nextdoor.
Fyi, I don’t know if your fan is an AC Infinity or not but if it is I have heard they have upgrade people to the V2 for free.

I usually use my 2x4 for drying
, not a bad idea though. My wife was thinking about it but using it for starting her garden in the spring but I’m usually done growing when she starts her garden. I already have 24²ft of tent, losing too much real estate in the basement
. A good portion of it is finished and while I have though about moving the tents there for a better “look” I like that they are in a separate locked section of the basement.
