Okay for those paying attention to my watering 3 days ago I poured 24oz around the stalk to go deeper and today I put 24oz in wider circles w/Speedyveg… still dry soil surrounding only wetting just ahead, so roots searching has damp soil, nothing can be saturated because of the dry soil, so no over Watering. Okay 6 days ago I used crutches to prop up the girls and each has a solid stalk and now are sturdy, I took off lemon berrys today. I am super happy with the structure of these girls, right amount of seedling stretch, and now shooting for 1/2 to 1 inch between nodes, I want bushy plants but not cabbage looking plants. Right now I have my light at 16 inches above the canopy and SBR is not stretching enough but lemon berry is too much so leaving light where it is. Golosa is taking charge I think lol

I am really bad OCD as you can see by the details but about 13 years ago I found THE medication after many years of failures, that stopped my continuous racing thoughts things with OCD that drove me crazy. First time in my life I had control, and life was good 
But it also took away my ability to sit and draw, hell today I can’t even draw a stick figure, but that is okay with me. I have peace of mind to this day, and the legalization of weed here in Nevada made things even better. Not just the medical benefits I get from smoking but the benefits I get from growing is awesome 
I am still obsessive as my grow journals shows lol but today I don’t let it control me. I am having a melancholy day, a storm is brewing for a member of my family, and I am at odds with my feelings. But this to shall pass. Helps me to talk to these girls, a couple days before they are 2 weeks old and all are working on the first 5 finger leaf.
Anyway you guys I hope all is well with you and yours, happy growing yall

Good day yall, here we are at week 2 day 13 above ground. Doing today because I watered today and wanted to update, the girls are all as wide as the pots. So I had dry soil around the outer edge of the pots, today I used 32oz 2 full 16oz cups per plant to wet around the outer rim, but not enough to get run off. Looking at the holes in bottom of the pots the soil is damp, and I confirmed I have roots all the way to the bottom of the pot 
so most likely will be watering to run off in 3 days, then light pot heavy pot after. These are 3gal pots with 9 inches of soil, with 3 1/2 inch plants and they have multiple roots showing, man these plants sure move fast.

Everything looks really good I’m surprised to see them growing this well in the old Miracle grow. Guess if you know what you’re doing you can make it work though, looking good bro keep up the good work:slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @RPgrower yes sir I started using Miracle grow years before I found out it a tough medium. By the time I found this forum I had worked out most of its problems. But I guess its cheap and readily available, and works great once fixing the problems. Thank you for the compliments man I appreciate it my friend. Hopefully you have a great day also

Good afternoon yall day 14 my favorite seat in the house
Well I thought I would outline my time line, my girls are all at 3 node working on 4 so they are almost half way to where I will top once at 9 taking out 10th, ending up with 18 branches. I have tried 8, 9, and 10 nodes and my yield average was better at 9. OKAY this is week 2 we will veg through week 3 and around week 4 will be topping, and around week 5 when tallest is 18 inches I will flip the closet, it all seems to come so quickly. My aim is a quick grow that is best yielding for my closet, for me 4 ounces per plant is my average, but anywhere from 2.5 to 6 trimmed bud. If I get 1/4 oz x 18 branches = 4.5 ounce
this plant was right there, what I shoot for
I need everything to happen quickly so I can get in 3 grows per year, only thing I don’t rush is flowering, each plant take different times, but I do indica dominant strains so 7 to 10 weeks, I average 9 weeks. I still have to figure in week seedling stage and transition to flower, hope for 16 weeks per grow, leaves me a month ha ha
next two grows I will try to get started a couple weeks before harvesting last plant to gain a week or more.Anyway you guys all these plans are all dependent on the plant and my ability to give them the best environment possible at each phase of grow. I sure wished I had kept records of my first 6 grows, it would have helped with my numbers. Having this forum to document the last 9 grows has been a fantastic tool for me, see all the successes and failures. Anyway yall I been babbling enough. That is where I am heading. Good afternoon yall hey I got a update I’d like to share, I went in and checked the girls and Sugar black rose and lemon berry are still fairly heavy pots but Golosa who is in a extremely airy bag of miracle grow was very light, so I decided to stop using Speedyveg on her, and adding some organic nutes that have some mycorrziha and other organic materials, it is designed to add to inert soil, but because miracle grow has so many nutes to start I only add a little every watering into couple weeks of flower. But I decided on watering to run off and as expected Miracle grow first run off ppms are 2961, very hot 
so Golosa is set till light pot again, again I never let my soil dry out too much, treating more like coco wetting the soil every few days. That is where we are here. These are the grow nutes of the trio, other 2 are flowering nutes and pk booster that are scattered on soil and watered in.
This is my buddies grow today and left back, right back, and front right were all topped today at 10th node, leaving 9 sets of branches. These girls are 4 weeks old today
He is following my grow parameters and his tallest is 14" and like me he will be flipping at 18 inches, which will only be a matter of days The girl on left front is a mutant and we are just letting her do her thing, I’m sure she will look different after a couple weeks of flower, and she won’t be topped. Sativa blue dream on left and right are GG4
