I bought this really small humidifier and put in my veg tent. Works great, cuz I don’t need it in flower tent. But, if i ever get my ladies to grow the same lol  I also have a large humidifier in lung room.

Yeah, no doubt. I started off with a 70 pint a day, but she couldn’t keep up. I got a 95 pint a day after that. It did a much better job lowering the humidity, but it also heated the room up way too much. Finally I ended up installing a mini split that has A/C, heat, and dehumidify modes. No problems ever since.

Thanks for the advice im gonna try this thank you.

This made me think of yesterday I was piling wood in a basement, little too fresh maybe but the owner said she emptys her tank a few times a day and somebody she knows rigged one up to send it out a drain. Nothing like that going on eh?

Yea im emptying my tank a couple times a day lately. 2 weeks ago i was able to get the humidity down to the low 40% even as low as 38- 39% but temperatures and rain and humidity has been a problem for over a week around here. now I’m having trouble getting it down to those numbers. im around 50-55% lights off and around 49-50 with lights on its a little harder getting it down lights off.

Do you think the tank adds moisture with water sitting in it and makes it harder to lower the humidity. i wonder if it would make a difference by running it outside.

oh I see. When I swung my schedule to get heat at nights it helped with humidity also, but made it hard to check on my plants. I literally changed the schedule over a few days by making lights-off 6 hours later each day. It helped
