There is still things left to burn!?!

As long as we have mountains there’s always something to burn. The vegetation recovers fast. There are mountains everywhere around here. My fourth of July plans may change. It’s definitely an arsonist. How four and five fire start in one day I don’t know.

I hope you and family aren’t impacted by the act(s) of a sick idiot and stay safe. Hopefully your 4th of July is a good one. The garden is always on point and looking quite lush.

Thanks brotha, the fire is about 10 miles away but it’s in foothills of the mountains. There’s a lot of concrete jungle between here and there and thankfully a south wind doesn’t happen in these parts too often. Then there would be a chance of getting ember’s blowing up into the eaves.
We do live in a pass area so there’s typically a stiff wind over there. 1100 acres over night

All B.S. aside, fire is no joke. It is definitely picky about what it consumes. It is one of my biggest fears living in an old ass house surrounded by trees. Anywho, plants are looking good growmie, and i have a few plant protector myself. :call_me_hand:

You’re welcome brother and I hope the winds and conditions stay in your favor. I’ve been seeing it in the news but didn’t realize 1,100+ acres were burned. Hopefully the firefighters get it under control soon.

The wolf fire, one of six and the largest, already over 1400 Acres. I hope they stop it before it goes up that Mountain. They are working on it, there’s a lot of aircraft flying over to dump water and retardant

Is that what that is? I’m not sure if petroleum lines are running underground here. I do know the 10 freeway right here for about 30 miles the San Andreas fault lies underneath it

Glad I grow my own, and thank you all for that.
California weed tax at dispensaries went up from 15 to 19% and then each city has its weed tax additionally.
Maybe theres a black market future for me haha. No thanks, been there done that

And the city tax on dispensary weed next door is an additional 10%.
So one would have to pay the state tax of 19% and the city tax of 10% and the California state sales tax. Crazy
