Some how my timer got messed up and the lights came back on durning the dark cycle not sure how long the lights were on for or even if they were like that for more than one day im on day 45ish of vegetation if that helps any i should be okay right

Should be fine as long as they were still in Veg. Going forward just keep a close eye on that timer.

If you are in vegetative growth, there should not be any substantial effect.
If this were to happen during flower it could have several effects depending upon how many days this went on.
