DAND's 2026 Arizona outdoor grow

Today I did some top dressing heres what I used for 5 plants whith 3-4 weeks left in veg

Worm castings: 4 solo cups per plant except the little Animal Mints plant got 3

Bio live 1 solo cup total

Kelp meal 1/2 cup each per plant

Alfalfa meal 1 cup total

Neem and Karanja cake: 1/4 cup each per Bio-Live 1 solo cup total

Island Phosphate: 1/2 cup total

Rock phosphate and Bone meal: 1/4 cup each per.

Azomite and Langbeinite: 1/4 cup each per plant

Gypsum 1.5 solo cups total

Dolomite lime: 1/2 solo cup total

Epsom salt: 2 teaspoons

Extreme Mykos and Azos were sprinkled in after. Then I watered it in with well water mixed with liquid humic acid, yucca wet and Quillaja extrac.

I also have 2 plants in flower they got similar nutrients but inslightly different ratios.

No Alfalfa meal cuz I ran out.

Bio-live 1 solo cup per plant to make up for no Alfalfa meal.

Neem cake and Karanja cake 1/4 cup total

Bone meal 1 solo cup total

Island Phosphate 1/4 cup per plant

Rock phosphate 1/4 cup per plant

Dolomite lime 1/4 cup per plant

Azomite and Langbeinite 1/4 cup each per plant

Epsom salt 1/4 cup per plant

I water it in with the same solution I used on my plants in veg. I was starting to rain and I was hoping the rain would finish watering it in but it fizzled out so I used well water from the hose, maybe a gallon each.

You might have to get the stepladder out for the Blackberry Tartz next time! :+1:

Thanks for stopping in @StevOz I think a step ladder might not be high enough once she’s flowering and done stretching.

I did some defoliating on the Tangie queen 7 days ago I took one of the clippings and stuck it directly in the ground I pushed it down about 3in I do this every grow but most die by the next day. I want to see how long I can keep them alive or see if I can get them to grow roots. Im not really trying to make clones and if it lives its gonna stay right where it is.

Blackberry Truffles looks like an orangutan.

She’s a wierd plant. She been having a hard time transitioning to flower. She started preflowering way early and stayed in what looked like preflower for a month. Its like she’s trying to reveg and flower at the same time. She looks like she’s finally figured it out though.

One of my White Runtz is doing the same thing only more so. She gets too much shade being under a big globe willow. I think it caused her to start flowering too early. Shes been kinda stuck like this but she’s finally starting to come around.

Ive been finding a few caterpillars on the Blackberry Truffles and the White Runtz so last night I sprayed them with Captain jacks dead bug and Monterey BT. Ill spray them again today and tomorrow then switch to Dr Zymes and go back to my normal maintenance program.

Another hot day today hit 100° On hot days like this, I completely soak all the gravel, the bricks and the straw. They respond almost immediately. Every 4 days I run a hose from the pond to my plants and give them 5 minutes, about 10 gallons each plant then soak the gravel and stuff with well water. Blackberry Tartz is beginning to preflower. She still needs more defoliating to thin out the interior but I’m gonna give her a few more days to recover from the defoliating I did two days ago.

We now know that she will get big if she has room and sun! Nice job!

Thanks @Growdoc She’s definitely big She’s just shy of 7ft and over 6ft in diameter. Im starting to worry I might have to raise the roof. Its 9ft at its highest point but most of the roof is 8’8" If the Animal Mints wasn’t next to it I would’ve spread it out in that direction early on. I bet she could’ve filled the entire dog run and still been 7ft tall right now. The one I grew indoors earlier this year had some very similar characteristics, but it had a late start compared to the other plants next to it, and not as much light because of it.
