Noticed two days ago that I over watered and she started to dampin off, did some reading suggested that replanting might help, which is has, sort of. Half the plant is dying but from what she looked like this morning yill now (about 6 hours) she seems to be growing and dying. Will she die if left alone or will the rot spread? Tip, suggestions?
Are you sure it’s dampening off? Dampening off is from a fungus and affects the stem
Let’s find out what the particulars are before making a diagnosis.

My guess based on the appearance of the plants is they were due to be transplanted. No damping off that I can see. You may have issues with them going into FF Ocean Forest as it’s a fairly hot soil and can burn new plants. This is likely what is going on.
Best to just ride it out now. I’ve stuck sprouts in FFOF without problems but others have had difficulty. Once you get a digital PH meter (if you don’t already) I would suggest just water until flower.
They actually look pretty good.
FYI; you don’t need to run your carbon filter now. You do want high humidity. A dome over the top of the plants wouldn’t hurt. It’s the higher humidity that’s killing your filter. Later; in flower when you need the filter, your humidity will need to be low for the plants sakes anyway.
She was in a solo cup with FF and wasnt root bound when I took her out of the cup to check for root rot. She was over water tho for sure cause her leaves were curling in on them selfs. Your suggesting no nutrients at all until flowering stage? You’ve made this day a lot less stressful much appreciate for all the time and info.
You may have to supplement a little something along the way. Some Cal Mag + is a good addition to your stock. FFOF is pretty complete though. Flowering may require (likely) a PK boost.
