I am having a friend come over in 2 weeks to install 2 new electric outlets in my basement for my grow tents. We are going to have to shut the Main for about an hour. I was gonna flip to 12/12 this weekend on 10 week old photos. Will it mess them up much if they loose lights right in the middle of the 12 on? Should I just keep them in veg until we complete the job?

Won’t bother them a bit. It’s better to have longer dark periods during flowering. (Power outages) The dark period is what triggers the flowering process.
If you were to keep them in veg until you’re ready, losing one hour or 6 hours in a day, they’ll still be okay, for future reference.
Days with out power will start to be a problem.

Shouldn’t bother them at all it’s lights off you don’t want to interrupt
