Cultivating Chaos with Madam Calamity & Low

Thanks Kap  Hopefully we can keep the :fire: going!

Yeah- it was like she was trimming at the front door. Lol, when I came in I was wondering what the hell was going on. Haha glad you found a solution to replace those sprayers. You opted for rings?? You are coming up on harvest? :sunglasses:

Thank you!

Right? It had to do a triple check on that one. Appreciate you stopping in! :champagne:

Thank you! Sorry i forgot the cross for OB so itā€™s not included in the pic.

Only 11 to go! Lol

I bet thatā€™s some good stuff,   what method do you use for collecting?

Ummm the word dank comes to mind
Itā€™s kinda hard to pinpoint exactly but I think gas and earthy is what Iā€™m getting from it.

Typically bubble, but this I did a dry sift. Got some really nice colors on a few strain specific runs and of course a lil lower grade w the full spectrum :joy: I just really like hash, like to make sure I have a lil on hand. I know I have 3-400 grams left for a good bubble run. Looking to get another press.

Thank you!

@Thumper
Havenā€™t done bubble yet, but will hopefully get to it eventually. Will be sifting all the trim we get from this run and hopefully pressing that. We will see what happens.

We just tried the Bad Neighbor. I took 2 she took 2. Clear mind heavy body. Muscle relaxer/narcotic wavy feeling.

Laid Back! I love fresh weed :joy: Ps Been meaning to ask you! Do you use a sump pump or an aquarium style pump? I was checking out a back up and I could use a 1/4 horse sump w a motor controller if needed  what I have now is an 1000 gph aquarium pump. Thoughts on a back up?

Hmmā€¦ I use a couple 1/3 hp submersible utility pumps like this, Simple and on timers, one to feed plants, one to move RO to the nutrient tank. RO in uses float valve. I did have a little third pump circulating the nutrients occasionally but it died and as fast as we empty the res I didnā€™t think it would be worth replacing. If you are talking about for run off we use something like this.

Thank you! Thatā€™s 1/2 the price of a 1056- 1000 gph hydro/aquarium pump :white_check_mark: I have 2 run off pumps  looks like your gonna have allot of good material for the Perfect Press :droplet:You will be surprised how much Iā€™ve been paying attention when I start my journal :joy: but one more question. Preferred scrog height? Iā€™ve used trellis nets in the past, but never built out like this.

My ideal scrog height is around 8-12ā€ above the medium. But the more variation in the garden the higher I go. Also canopy size and how accessible it is all aroundā€¦ itā€™s easy to go low with a single or 2 plant scrog, but Iā€™m still learning with multiple plants of different types. Also consider the amount of room youā€™ll need for maintenance, if you have any back problems set it higher. This one we did a little taller because we didnā€™t know what to expect with variety. Somewhere around 16ā€ I think.

Hereā€™s an ideaā€¦how about you guys with massive hauls start an APPRENTICE programeā€¦ā€œhow to grow seed to harvestā€ you supply training in each grow stage they pay with thier Labor for the Apprenticeship. They learn and you let them do the work. Huh huh huh. 1/2 Lol

I appreciate you all sticking with us! @Borderryan22 i saw you got sorted out on the legal side? Thatā€™s great, happy youā€™re here and I hope you have had a weight lifted.

An apprentice program would be awesome, really think a communal garden would be fun. Open to everyone to just go on into the farm and help out, free green and produce for all. Maybe learn some things. Iā€™ve always thought it would be cool to set up an urban garden. Random city block dedicated to fresh food. Thatā€™s a dream.
