Crushed seed with 10mm tap root

Hi guys.
Little accident this morning with my Blue Cheese seed which has a beautiful 10mm tap root on.
Accidentally crushed the shell with tweezers, tap root is stiil ok.

Will it survive as i potted it in coco coir and permalite just incase.
