Plants do look nice and healthy though. It’s about time to start training for max yield, wouldn’t you say?
Look normal to me too.
That light should be fine during early stages of growth.
When bigger and further along I would switch to the other light as that will get you through harvest for one or two plantS or so. Just remember that the HPS light needs one type bulb during veg and the other type for flower…can’t remember which is which as I’ve never used them but I’m sure a quick search will answer that.
They look great! Completely normal imo. They’re going to be some little bushes!
Thanks for taking the time to check in on them and give me your opinion everyone it really makes me feel alittle more at ease …I know I have alot more learning to go but I get so nervous and start to worry like what if there is something I may have missed so the input really is appreciated…I am getting ready to plant all the rest of my babies outside( seeing as how the sun is free and all lol) just finishing up the fencing for my garden but I already have the 30" diameter holes dug out and prepped with substrate …planting 3 in center of my garden…so hopefully I can have some TREE sized mammoths come harvest time!!
@Elfeezy I FIM’d the top left plant about a week or so ago I dont know if you can see the difference between the top two plants(gray pots)…
If you get a chance, try posting pictures taken in natural light. It’s hard to tell if you have anything going on otherwise. Looks like plants are growing well!
@dbrn32 I will do that for sure my bad
I just scrolled through all your photos.
You are doing well.
No worries. Just helps see things we could potentially scroll by.
@QueenCityB I just ordered me a new digital Hid 600w setup with mh and hps so should have that next week…It’s Ipower brand but dimmable so looking forward to its arrival should definitely help some.
@dbrn32 what’s your thoughts on the ipower HID setups?
I always had magnetic ballasts and ran hortilux bulbs. I did help another member find bulbs that were better suited for digital ballasts and I think she left ipower bulbs to go to them. Based on her opinion I would checkout digilux bulbs.
I’m sure all that digital tech is way better than older circuitry, but @GreenFlex with HID’s I would change my bulbs every other plant cycle. Call it expense of ownership. You can’t notice them get dimmer because it’s so slow, but filaments are always wearing down when they are glowing. Little by little. Just food for thought.
Hello. I am completely new to growing cannabis. So I have a lot of questions. For example, what is the glass for?
@Raven71 Welcome your in the right place to get the right kind of help as I myself still get help and feedback but to answer your question I have the glass cups filled with apple cider vinegar because it will attract and trap those little tiny flying black bugs …kinda like fruit flies but since the plants are aromatic i seem to have alot of luck using glasses of apple cider vinegar covered with saran wrap just pokied a few holes in the top with a pen…traps and kills them and I dont have to use any chemicals or pesticides
Thanks. I will keep that in mind because I get the little black flies around where I live too.
Those babies are looking healthy! Right on
Look good to me
