Could these be close to a half pound each?

Nope no co2, I’ve got some beneficial bacteria in going to absolutely flood the system with.
Yeah man, really want to go to soil… so badly! Or coco… anything but damn dwc, I know it’ll be fine once I relocate but it’s just painful where it is… 19 pot RDWC so I can’t take a bucket off. I do however have a spare 10 outlet pump, so I’ll chuck an airstone in each to go with the ait in each.

And yeah got peroxide but it’s only a one day solution apparently, I’ll go mix that in today I think and then beneficial bacteria tomorrow after (we hope) the pyth is dead

Ok. Well i hope things turn around for ya bro. Im thinking about goin back to dwc or another hydro method. Or maybe a Aeroponic. It really depends on what my yield is gonna be an if i have the extra money to get the correct air pump an everything else

I would recommend Mammoth P (expensive as hell though, but you can try and get free samples from the companies website) because it’s definitely increased my trichomes growth for my girls. I also use a product called, Crystal Burst, made by “Humboldt County’s Own” company.

I use the GH Flora line of nutrients, and I use a bunch of their additives as well. Works so good for hydro, but I’m not sure about for soil. They have sweetener additives also, which I have and use. I’m not sure if it’s actually the nutrients or just the strain though. I plan on doing a side by side grow with 2 clones where 1 clone would get the full line of nutrients, and the other clone would only get the 3 part nutrient system. I think this will clear up any theories I have brewing lol!

And thanks for the compliments on my Iced Grapefruit girl, she’s impressed me tremendously! I have a clone I took from her that is even bigger than the mother and still in veg! The clone is going to yield me double what the mother does lol!

@ktreez420 @Jmesser80 @McLovin777 @HCHGC quick question, are you sapposed to count the first 2 weeks of flower or no? Im 3 weeks in but if im not sapposed to count the first 2 weeks then im only a week in.

Id presume you count from the day you go 12 12 but every plant is different just look for those cloudy and amber glass looking balls called trichemones

The first 2 to 3 weeks is a transition period. You don’t count it.

I agree with @Myfriendis410, I DON’T count the first 2 weeks of 12/12 switch as actual flower weeks. Some people do though, so @McLovin777 is right too.

It’s a personal thing at this point because the seed companies don’t really tell you either lol! But from experience, if the info says 8-9 weeks of flower, it has always been 10-11 weeks after the day I switched to 12/12. So, take away the first 2 weeks of “flower” and you have, 8-9 weeks as suggested.

Again, this isn’t the industry normal, not yet at least!

Yup they’re right by me. I would start from the time I switch to 12/12 but since nothing is actually flowering for the first few weeks I think most people don’t. I’ve never seen a plant ready in 8 weeks so i would say it’s really up to you how you want to count it out.

Ok. Great info. Thank you guys. I get really confused because sometimes ill look up youtube vids of flowering plants certain weeks into flower, an some peoples plants are huge 2-3 weeks into flower, like there main colas are almost the size of my fist an my plants colas are only about 2 fingers thick so im like, what am i doin wrong?

If they have fist sized colas at 2 weeks I would question their honesty. I’ve been watching you’re grow and I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong. You’re ladies look pretty awesome in your last pics. Give them time and they’ll come around I’m sure. Once you near harvest time you’ll start to see those bud’s really swell and you’ll have that thought “I guess I was just worrying too much” I do everytime haha

I just had a thought. If you’re growing in soil don’t expect it to grow as quickly as some of the hydro setups. I’m told hydro is faster all the way around and yields more but I’ve never done hydro personally. Food for thought

Yea your rite @HCHGC. Now that i think about it, they prolly were hydro plants i was looking at. Im gonna post some pics tonite when the light comes back on. I greatly appreciate everyones input. Thank you for following along. I have some carboload and overdrive from advanced nutes. They should be here tomarrow along with a 600 watt led full spectrum an some more calmag. So light wattage is goin up to 1800. I hope that helps fatten up my buds

I usually start counting when I see the first sign of budding. So I don’t count the first few weeks.
Ultimately you will be monitoring the trichomes to tell when they are done, I think even if you did count the first few weeks it will still get you in the ball park of when you want to start monitoring the trichomes.
