@Mrcrabs… wow you have a big growing operation going on there! Looks wonderful… I used the aloe plant on my sun poisoning in the Virgin Islands one night and in the morning it was gone, amazing stuff… however, we don’t have aloe plants here, maybe I could find at a greenhouse this summer if I look around cause I want to start cloning sometime this summer. I bought everything I need but the aloe approach looks very interesting and I like to try new things. Your plants look great!

are you guys in the contest? I read through several times but can’t remember … my little Lucy LSD is lookin cute she’s a 420 girl, I have 2 but the other one is date 4/27… I have so much to do & after yesterday I’m exhausted! I have a new 1000 watt king LED and it’s very heavy, I was shocked. I’ve got to get my big tent going outside in garage but weather in upstate NY sucks! Yes my seeds came!! So happy

It’s great seeing and hearing all these great ways off been able clone. I have yet to try myself but when you read about great thing’s you want to try, @Mrcrabs yes mate I use the whole Biobizz line and there Atic-Vera is there newest addition il be following along mate

You might also check your local grocery store in the produce section. The one around here (MI) has 2’ filets for around $3.

Ok, a quick update all gals survived another night
Temp and humidity and now a little water for the babies. I only saturate the pot the first day, after that I squirt water only in the stem area. Remember the clones don’t like a soggy medium, but also don’t like it dry. Everyone have a great day.

First signs of life from my are/bubbler cloner. When I have a chance I will also do a thread on it my friends. There’s more than one way to skin a cat.
I put that cutting the in bubbler on May 6.

Is it true that you can clone from a clone? I’d like to clone my Buckeye Purple but she is a clone and I heard that you can’t clone from a clone because it messes the potency up. This is who I want to clone off of!

I have no personal experience, but I’ve read about tons of people successfully cloning from clones for several generations. Keep in mind your clones will have the same genetics, traits, etc as the mother from which they are taken. So as long as the mother plant is healthy and strong, which she appears to be, you can expect the same of her clones.

@elheffe702, nicely said my friend. @Rickandbobbyd yes you can my friend, my buddy has cloned his white widow for 5yrs, They have never lost potency or traits. It still knockS my on my behind. I’m going on 2 years with my trainwreck and still cloning without problems. So clone on my friend!!

@Mrcrabs did you do any “pheno hunting” before deciding on your trainwreck mother plant? If so, did you notice much variation in properties between seeds of the same strain?

You can clone a clone… but MY question is… why would you want to clone something with the word “Buckeye” in it? 
Sounds more suited for the compost heap

yes I did, I’ve grown white widow also a clone that was gifted to me,did great outside but never had a chance to grow inside .GSC it didn’t do as well as the trainwreck due to it always getting infested with bugs indoors, got huge outside but had a little problems with mold,grown some pertty potent bags seed also. The way I choose my clone was the ability of it’s doing well in my area, indoors and out. Haven’t grown much indicas since my temps today already reached 99 degrees. I have 2 new strain GG#4 and corleon kush , I keep what dont give me troubles and discontinue the ones that do. I will let you know how the next batch comes out, and the reason I choose trainwreck was I was mold resistant, bug resistant and drought resistant. Worked for my area, it might not work for others areas and Visr Vera’s. Laters my friend.

I really thought he disliked that strain @Rickandbobbyd, ha ha you guys crack me up. It’s just that name huh. Well if your buckey does well and doesn’t give you problems , clone away my friend. You can even do a partial harvest then re-veg so yo can clone her later.
