Hello everyone this is my first indoor grow. Im going into week three of flower,when should I start to defoliate ? Thanks for any advice.
Unless you have leaves covering bigger bud sites, or they’re dead, or dying, I’d leave them alone.
Agreed. If you were needing to do so, you can do so at any time it needs. Right now just isn’t that time. They look fantastic. 
If you need to just tuck the leaves away from bud sites. I also try to keep good airflow so if there is a section that is really crowded, I remove the older leaves in the tare… just enough to increase airflow. The leaves are essential to the plant and shouldn’t be removed unless necessary especially during veg.
Those are getting fat. Good spacing. Tops are pulling together nice.
