Its bad all over. Ive been working on me the past few years and my behind the wheel attitude was one of the first things that I addressed. I think its more of a humanity problem than anything? Our cars are extensions of our homes these days. Waaayyy too comfortable. I think they should all be like forklifts or construction equipment, with yellow and black tape and safety warnings. 
its a chain reaction too. One person makes you mad, little more irritated with the next, before you know it everyone on the road is an enemy and better watch out. It was quite a load to drop when I just slowed down and quit caring if people had their bright lights on. Stiil a work in progress.
